"Joie de vivre" is the French expression meaning "joy of living" or simply the delight in living life.  Joy is at the essence of my process and it is my goal is for each client to feel this same delight from living in their transformed spaces.

 

For the past twenty years, I have enjoyed designing and building custom homes and remodels throughout Southern California in some of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties' most prestigious zip codes.  I specialize in projects of all sizes and scopes from minor updates and kitchen/bath remodels to full-scale renovations.

I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential construction from architectural elements and structural considerations to color palettes, finishes, and interior design.  I have also been a Realtor for the past twenty years as well.  I love to be "one stop shopping" for my clients.  For my Real Estate clients, I know how to get a property ready for sale, maximizing their home's ability to achieve the highest sales price. 

 

While each project and homeowner is unique.  Once I have the sense of a homeowner's style and goals, I have an innate ability to create a design concept to match.  I understand what it takes to make their dream home a reality and although this is construction, I strive to make it as efficient and seamless as possible.  I am truly grateful to have an entirely referral based business from satisfied and repeat clientele and consider this to be the highest compliment I can receive.
